Community Partners
Pat’s Place Child Advocacy Center is built on the belief that no one agency or professional can solve the problem of child abuse alone. Child Advocacy Centers are community based, and Pat’s Place would not be possible without the commitment of many community partners. To avoid the costly duplication of services and to build upon existing expertise, Pat’s Place multidisciplinary partners include:
- Alexander Youth Network
- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools
- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department
- Child Development-Community Policing
- Cornelius Police Department
